Coastal Ecosystems REU Site
The Coastal Ecosystems REU Site is an NSF-funded Research Experience for Undergraduates program that gives students first-hand research experience working with faculty and fellow graduate students. REU students will be enrolled in a Research Internship (for zero credit and at no cost) so they can list their research experience on their resume. This year's fellowship runs from May 20 through July 26.
Together, FIU’s School of Environment, Arts & Society (SEAS) and the Everglades Foundation are providing scholarships to full-time FIU graduate students pursuing Everglades restoration-related research. The FIU ForEverglades Scholarship awards up to $20,000 to Ph.D. students or up to $10,000 to master’s degree students.
